Greet patients and direct them accordingly Answer incoming telephone lines Schedule appointments Enter data Verify current personal and financial information Verify insurance benefits/obtain authorizations as needed to process patients for services Check patients in and out Collect money over the counter Fax, file, and perform any other duties assigned Job Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent Excellent telephone skills Data entry skills/typing are required Must be proficient in Word and Excel Previous experience with medical software preferred Team player attitude, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service Flexibility with hours Attention to detail Time management skills Organization, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Victory Physical Therapy Victory Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy practice specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation and sports injuries.
