A Level 1 Customer Service representative is responsible for interaction with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
Essential Job Functions:
Deal directly with customers and sales representatives by phone, electronically, or in person.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate Senior Customer Support Rep.
Process orders promptly.
Assist in managing customer accounts.
Primary Objectives:
To support customers above and beyond the call of duty.
To build long-term relationships with customers.
To handle issue in the nest interest of both the customer and Polyguard.
Must be able to communicate clearly in both written and verbal form.
Must have good listening skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, And Outlook Must be able to handle stressful situations.
Must be able to handle complaints.
Must be personable.
