Lead through our DNA - Operations Management Fully understand our Company Purpose, Promise, Core values, Core Principals, Core Character Traits and implement them into every shift.
Assess areas of opportunity and recommend solutions or develop plans to address restaurant or Team Member issues Maintain a fun, positive, and get better Culture / atmosphere free of intimidation, discrimination, harassment, or poor attitude.
Consults with General Manager on all hiring decisions; train and develop Shift Managers andTeam Members to improve the quality of the restaurant operation.
Support the professional development of the Shift Managers and Team Members.
Draft performance plans for Shift managers and share information with General Manager Lead follow up on all performance plans delivered Lead using our current systems - Business Management Support the General Manager in managing food and labor costs to increase Restaurant profitability.
Identify issues that need addressed, develop a plan to resolve issue and present findings & suggestions to the Store Manager.
Lead the monitoring of spending on all costs to include:
contract services, repair and maintenance as well as supply costs Lead monthly inventory counts and ensures weekly vendor orders are made and properly received Ensure completion of all restaurant operational checklists Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests.
Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant's receiving policies and procedures.
Lead next to your team - People Management Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
Uphold standards of cleanliness per Health Code and periodic Quality Assurance checks.
Adhere to & memorize all recipes, specs and expiration dates of food and beverage.
Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant's preventative maintenance programs.
Dress and act according to our image standards each day to set a good example for all employees.
Proactively recruit team members CONSTANTLY that meet or exceed Craft Pies Great Standards in order to maintain the Craft Pies Culture.
Partner with the Store Manager to effectively teach, motivate, coach, and discipline all staff, including Shift Lead.
Must garner the respect of all employees.
AGMs are expected, though not guaranteed, to work between 40 and 45 hours per week on average We're not just looking for pizza makers.
We're looking for doers who can think outside the box and want to push boundaries.
