Responsibilities:
Procurement of local parts for stock.
Procurement of stock parts from Parent Company.
Assisting Parts Team with stock control.
Statistical analysis and reporting for parts department.
Updating and identifying issues within the Standard Operating Procedures.
Ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures are being followed.
Writing new Standard Operating Procedures when necessary.
Quality Assurance of Processes.
We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic replacement for our current Procurement & Quality Assurance officer who is relocating overseas.
This will be a full-time, office-based position.
The person we are looking for will report to the Managing Director, needs to be computer literate with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
Full on-the-job training will be given in order for this person to be proficient in our ERP System.
On the quality assurance side, you will be expected to work with the Parts Team on a daily basis, be firm, and not afraid to confront issues head-on.
We are always striving to improve our performance and after sales service so you will play a major role in achieving this.
You will also be responsible for maintaining an excellent and fully transparent working relationship with our Head Office in Austria as well as for maintaining a good working relationship with our current local suppliers.
