Assist customers with various types of insurance needs such as new policies, editing existing policies, taking payments, renewing and reinstating policies, and answering all questions.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction Perform administrative tasks Assist with daily housekeeping routines, making sure office is presentable Other duties as assigned.
TDI Insurance License is a Hugh Plus !! ### What I am looking for:
Customer Service/Insurance Sales Experience preferred but not required.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.
Responsible Good Communication Skills Positive Attitude and Self-Motivated Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to Make Good Conversation and Connect with Clients Organized Team Player Ability to Multitask Maintain Good Relation and Communication with Clients to Increase Retention and Keep Them Coming Back Computer knowledge and possess strong written, verbal, and people skills.
Able to work independently with minimal/no supervision and quickly learn any Company/Proprietary software.
Office hours Monday - Friday 9 -5 Saturday 9-12 Pay Compensation will be based on experience.
