This Certified Medical Center joins together it's acute care and swingbed services and are looking for an experienced leader to help oversee both.
Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Interim Nurse Director leads an experienced group of RNs, Techs, and CNAs to provide exceptional patient care to members of the community and surrounding areas.
This Interim Director will serve as a hands on member of the team and will step in when necessary.
Serving a growing team of RNs, continuing a teamwork-centered environment will be at the forefront of the Interim Nurse Director Med Surg's to-do list.
As a team, they will provide high quality patient care to 25+beds.
The department is well-supported by an expert team of hospitalists and the Medical Director as well as state-of-the-art medical equipment to treat any illness/injury that comes through the doors.
The Interim Nurse Director Med Surg is responsible for determining organizational and departmental issues, planning to correct the issue, and implementing that plan into action for the benefit of the patients and staff.
This Interim Nurse Director will use their leadership experience to effectively staff, budget, and remain compliant in order to successfully run the department.
