? Oversee payroll, payroll taxes and reporting, in addition to executing the administration of benefits.
? Create W2s, 1099s, and file them with the IRS.
? Work with leadership teams and staff to build yearly Ministry Action Plan (Budget) and ensure proper execution of plan once approved by church body.
Oversee financial reports for Stewardship, Missions, Building and Personnel Team.
? Update and maintain current Financial Operations Manual and Employment Handbook.
? Correspond in a professional manner with church members who have questions about giving.
? Perform special projects, as assigned by Senior Pastor.
Qualifications and Required Skills 2
years of financial management or accounting or equivalent experience Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word 2
years of experience with accounting systems of any kind (i.

QuickBooks or ACS) Highly detail-oriented with superior skills in negotiations and resolving conflict Job Type:
