Machine Operator/Production Worker This position is FULL TIME and benefits will be offered after 90 days.
The schedule is 6:
00 am - 4:
30 pm Monday-Friday.
Rate of pay $12-$16/hour depending on experience.
This is a production detailed oriented job.
It is physical and requires a lot of standing.
You will pick up and move barrel blanks that weigh 10-15 lbs.
You would move that barrel from one machine to the next until completed.
A batch is 20-25 barrels which would mean picking up that weight 100-150 times per day.
Lapping the barrel 60-70 strokes per barrel, using hot molten lead, sharpening drills, and setting up machines.
Quality control, verifying and recording internal dimensions, and attention to detail is important.
Employees must be willing to learn and perform tasks as taught.
CNC machining and or lathe knowledge is beneficial.
Shipping/Receiving:
This position is PART-TIME, no benefits are offered.
Flexible schedule 20-30 hours per week rate of pay $12-$17/hour depending on experience.
This position will require a lot of standing and moving.
Must be detail-oriented, verifying items to paperwork, checking in items we have purchased, and packing products, double checking barrels to paperwork & marking them to move to other departments.
A single barrel can weigh between 2-15 lbs.
Lifting up to 50 lbs is required.
Most shipments are single barrels but occasionally there are crates to move.
This person will perform inventory counts monthly.
Forklift knowledge is beneficial.
This position also requires a valid driver's license with a clean record.
