Summary:
Lone Star Surface Pros is seeking a skilled Sport Court Surface Installer to join our team.
As a Sport Court Surface Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of sport court surfaces for residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
Install acrylic coatings to asphalt and concrete sport courts.
Prepare the work site by ensuring proper grading, compaction, and drainage for optimal court performance.
Apply coatings, sealants, and finishes to enhance durability and aesthetics of the court surface.
Conduct repairs and patching as needed to address surface irregularities, cracks, and damage.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sport court installation or related field preferred.
Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment used in sport court installation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Ability to read blueprints and designs and full layout of courts.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately.
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials and operate power tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pull a trailer preferred.
Experience operating machines, grinders, leveling, etc.
Experience in applying materials using a squeegee.
