We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Teller to join our team.
As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and promoting various banking products and services.

Position
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and always provide prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Conduct financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers, accurately and efficiently.
Verify customer identities and signatures to prevent fraudulent activities.
Handle cash transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and goals.
Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information about banking services.
Assist customers with account opening, closing, and maintenance processes.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
Stay up to date with banking policies, procedures, and regulations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets.
Uphold security measures to protect the bank and its customers from potential risks.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking environment.
Strong mathematical and numerical aptitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with banking software and computer systems.
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance procedures.
Integrity and respect for confidentiality.
Additional duties may be assigned as per the bank's requirements.
Hours of service:
Monday through Friday from 8:
30 am to 6:
00 pm and Saturday morning from 9:
00 am to 12:
00 pm.
This position will be scheduled for 29 hours a week.
